After the success of the very FIRST(1ST) Artistic & Entertainment Committees Orientation entitled, ARTE: ARTISTIC & ENTERTAINMENT COMMITTEE ORIENTATION, COMACH is now giving you its very FIRST(1ST) Outreach Orientation entitled, STARTING LINE: 1st Outreach Expedition. This event is for every ACHIEVER who wants to know more about COMACH's partner community and what the organization had done for the past years and what it can do with the help of its members.

ABaKaDa atbpa.

The Community Achievers Association had its very first outreach program for School Year 2009-2010 last Sunday, July 19, 2009, at Sitio Haduan at Mabalacat, Pampanga, its partner community, entitled, "ABaKaDa atbpa."

With Ma'am Orea, from the Office of Community Development, and Sir Roland Pada, one of the advisers of COMACH-Accountancy Unit, the Achievers ventured outside the 21.5-hectare University to experience fun and excitement to the next level. They trekked, crossed the lahar(lava) and climbed a mountain to impart knowledge to the Aetas of Sitio Haduan.

The COMACH members became the brothers and sisters of the Aetas as they taught Mathematics to grades four(4) to six(6) and read story books to kids below grade four(4).

The event was surely a fruitful one because of the passion of the participants to serve!

Be An ACHIEVER!

Community Achievers Association(COMACH) is an organization originally formed by the Filipino-Chinese students of the University of Sto. Tomas with the aim of introducing OUTREACH PROGRAMS and to provide guidance, assistance & help to the members in bringing out to the real world their skills & hidden talents through workshops, teambuilding activities, social gatherings & productions.Moreover; COMACH is also affiliated with other top universities (UP, Ateneo, DLSU and UA&P) through AFICS(Alliance for FIlipino-Chinese Students).

The Community Achievers Association-Accountancy Unit started the school year HYPED as the officers of the said organization graced the hallways and classrooms to let every accountancy student of UST-AMV College of Accountancy be a part of COMACH! Through one (1) week of room to room campaigning and three (3) days of recruiting, the COMACH officers gave their hearts out to let EACH AND EVERY ACCOUNTANCY STUDENT know that they are an ACHIEVER with or without awards or recognitions.
